These terms govern access to Rplay, a service operated by ADACOMP LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any order or plan terms presented to you.

Use of the service

You may use Rplay only for lawful business purposes and only on properties you own or are authorized to analyze. You are responsible for your account, integration, notices, consent choices, and the legality of data you instruct the service to process.

Prohibited use

You may not use Rplay to collect passwords, payment card details, regulated health data, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for product analysis. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights, or use the service for unlawful surveillance.

Availability and intellectual property

Rplay and its underlying software, design, and documentation belong to ADACOMP LLC or its licensors. Service functionality may change. We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited as stated in the applicable commercial agreement. We may update these terms and will post the updated date on this page.
