Session replay safeguards

Rplay is designed to mask input values by default and let customers block sensitive elements. Customers should never intentionally capture payment card details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive data that is not necessary for their stated purpose.

Purpose, retention, and security

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service; respond to support requests; and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the data type, customer configuration, contractual requirements, and applicable law. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls appropriate to the service.
